Return Policy

The $200 fee for opening and preliminary file analysis is non-refundable.

REIMBURSEMENT tuition is granted for THE FOLLOWING REASONS before the start of the training:

FAILURE TO OBTAIN IMMIGRATION DOCUMENTS
ILLNESS (medical certificate must be provided)
CANCELLATION OF TRAINING BY THE CENTER

FOR ANY OTHER REASON

The request must be submitted to CSSMB International, which reserves the right to refuse any request for reimbursement.

For a request made no later than 30 days before the start of the training: the full amount of tuition fees paid will be refunded.

For a request made to within 30 days before the start of the training, but for exceptional reasons reimbursement is authorized, the CSSMB will retain 1/12th of the total tuition fees for the study program. This amount will be deducted from the amount paid by the student and, if applicable, a refund will be made of the remaining amount.

Once the training has started, the CSSMB will retain 1/6th of the total cost of the training. The balance of subsequent sessions may be refunded if they have not been completed.

Policy for a student in default of payment:

1^er Notice: The student and his agent (if applicable) will receive an account statement by email. The student has 10 working days to pay his fees.
2^e Notice (final): If the student has still not paid his fees following the first notice, the center administration will give the student a final notice. A period of 5 days will be given to the student to update his file. In the absence of payment, the student will have to leave the training.
